Clinique Mild Bar Soap lightened my face and neck, will it lighten my body too?

My face and neck are much lighter than my arms and legs now, so Can i use the soap on my arms and legs only now, and will that work to lighten them?Clinique Mild Bar Soap lightened my face and neck, will it lighten my body too?
