Are you supposed to wash of the clinique exfoliator after you put it on?

I bought the Clinique 3-step kit and I'm not sure if you are supposed to wash of the 2nd step ( exfoliator ) after you put it on with a cotton ball.


i got little bumps on my face after i started using it and this might be the reason...help!

I use Clinique as well and you're not supposed to wash the exfoliator/toner off. Just put a light layer on your face with a cotton ball after washing and when it dries apply the moisturizer. The toner will make your skin feel a little tight but after you moisturize, it will feel normal again. Clinique has been great for me; hope this helps!

no you don't wash it off, it sounds to me like the one you're using is too strong for your face, return it for a different one
well, how else are you supposed to do Step 3?





yes, you need to wash off any exfoliator. it doesn't stay on.
